Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Palette Bag. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items purchased in Canada.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable (sale items, personalized items).

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@palettebag.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Pack the item securely and include the proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at support@palettebag.com with a description and photo for a replacement or refund.
