Every Palette Bag is designed with quality, functionality, and everyday use in mind. We stand behind our products with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal, intended use of the product.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, stains, fading, or discoloration.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
Damage caused by excessive loading, improper handling, or use beyond the product's intended purpose.
Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at support@palettebag.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Our team will review your claim and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage. If approved, Palette Bag may, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution, subject to product availability and applicable consumer protection laws.
Important Information
The 2-year warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless required by applicable law. Warranty coverage does not automatically extend the original warranty period following a repair or replacement, except where required by law.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
